He is passionate about discovering and nurturing talent in both music and sports, with a particular focus on India's talent through his Academy platform. With over 20 years of experience in music and sports, Mr. Gaur has dedicated much of his life to these two fields.
As a badminton coach at Samridhi Sports and a key figure at Samridhi Sports Academy, he actively trains and mentors young athletes. Alongside his coaching role, he has a deep-rooted connection to music, having been involved with it for many years.
Mr. Gaur holds an MBA in Information Technology and brings 18 years of experience in the IT sector and mobile service industry.
