Terms and Condition:

1. Consent to Policies:

By enrolling at the academy, I consent to the academy’s policies regarding class schedules, fees, conduct, and other relevant guidelines. I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in the suspension or termination of my enrollment..

2. Registration Fee:

A one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500 will be collected in advance during the first class...

3. Advanced Fee Collection:

if candidate attended the first class registration fee will be collected on same day, the advanced fee will be collected starting from the second class.

4. Fee Adjustment and Refund Policy:

If Candidate attended two classes in a month and fail to attend any subsequent classes, the fee for that month will not be adjusted or carried over to the following month. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for missed classes within that month. In the event that the academy cancels any classes, those sessions will be rescheduled in the upcoming weeks.

5. Media Consent:

Candidate will grant permission to Aanta Rhythm Academy to use photographs or videos taken during training sessions or events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.By proceeding with the enrollment, I acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

6. If Candidate taking a break or pausing their attendance:

If a candidate alters their fee payment schedule and subsequently misses a month of classes, then decides to rejoin the class after the break, they will be required to pay the registration charges again.

Altering Payment Schedule:
If the candidate changes how or when they pay the fees (e.g., changing from monthly to quarterly payments or vice versa).
Gap in Classes:
If the candidate misses a month (or more) of classes, essentially taking a break or pausing their attendance.
Rejoining:
If they return to the class after the break, they will need to pay the registration fees again, even if they were already enrolled before the gap.
